Alex Ferguson one of the most successful manager of all time  Alex Ferguson the Manchester United legend has won total 49 trophies. He started managing Manchester United in 1986 and retired in 2013, during this period he won 38 trophies including 13 Premium league titles, two Champions League titles and five FA Cups. When Alex Ferguson took over Manchester United in 1986, they hadn't won a league title since 1966  so Alex Ferguson was under much pressure. In his first season, he managed to lead them to 11th place by the end of the season with 14 losses and drawn matches. Conspiracy at the world cup in1998 There was a big controversy surrounding the final game at the world cup in 1998 where Brazil and France competed for which team would bring home the trophy. The case was so big in Brazil that the parliament stood for its own investigation on the final match. Ronaldo after the match, Brazilian team had been playing extremely well in the tournament and were favored to win, their star player was the 21-year-old striker Ronaldo which was on top of his form. The Brazilian team went for lunch at a French restaurant but after the team came back to the hotel, an unbelievable event began. Historical events at the World Cup: 1994 Salenko  The 2018 World Cup took place in Russia as many people know. Although Russia is the ninth most populated country in the world with a rich football tradition but they have never really impressed on an international platform specialy on big tournements, atleast not since they first competed as Russia but not as the Soviet Union in 1994. Russia had a good team at the end of the last decade, wich made it to the semi finals of the European Championship in 2008. But there performance in the World cup has been far from good. Short track speed skating  is a form of competitive  ice   speed skating . World Championships in short track speed skating have been officially held since 1981, although events held in 1976–1980 under different names have since received the status of World Championships retrospectively. The name of the competition was changed several times before it was eventually titled the " World Short Track Speed Skating Championships " in 1989; the championships are now held annually.
